Trish puts her heart into Polo for Heart

WWE Hall of Famer, fitness advocate, and longtime philanthropist Trish Stratus attended the annual Polo for Heart event to support cardiac care at Southlake Regional Health Centre. Her presence helped highlight the importance of heart health and raise essential funds for the hospital’s cardiac program.

"I've been incredibly fortunate to have a platform, and whenever I can use my voice to raise awareness for a meaningful cause, it’s an easy yes," said Trish. "Heart disease affects so many families, and supporting the incredible work at Southlake is something I’m proud to do. My kids were born there, so Southlake holds a special place in my heart. It was a wonderful day – not just because of the cause, but because I shared it with my family and community, all united to make a difference."

Trish also served as the official judge for the event’s picnic competition.

"I definitely didn’t take my judging duties lightly," she laughed. "There were some truly impressive picnics out there, and I made sure each entry received the attention it deserved!"

Between judging the picnic entries, spending time with her daughter, meeting attendees, and posing for photos, Trish enjoyed a day dedicated to community and giving back.

Polo for Heart continues to raise vital funds for cardiac care, bringing people together in support of an important cause. For Trish, it’s yet another opportunity to support her York Region community and a cause that impacts countless families.
