This morning, the Superstars of RAW gathered for the Backlash Press Conference in Lexington, KY.
Coach: My next guest has been smack dab in the middle of bizarro world and just prior to losing the Women's Championship at WrestleMania, she was the Women's Champion for over a year
Coach: She is one the greatest in-ring performers in the history of the WWE as a female, she was voted Diva of the Decade; she's three-times Babe of the Year
Coach: Gentlemen let me tell you this is close as your ever gonna get to something this tough and this fine, ladies & gentlemen...Trish Stratus
Trish: (Mentions crowd remark) Who said Lilian Garcia?
Trish: Well there seems to have been alittle bit of confusion lately with the whole Mickie James situation
Trish: So, I thought I would come out here and maybe clear up the situation alittle bit, let's see...
Trish: See, I'm Trish Stratus; who is dressed like Mickie James; who confronted Mickie James; who's dressed as Trish Stratus; who after beating me - Trish Stratus at WrestleMania, was dressing like Trish Stratus but she's really Mickie James
Trish: Is that cleared up alittle?
Trish: (Nods head) No, not really?
Trish: Ok, ok, let's try this; ok, I am the blonde diva who is a six-time WWE Women's Champion...and Mickie is the brunette diva...who's currently the blonde and is currently holding my Women's Championship...so hold on...that didn't really clear it up did it?
Trish: Ok, how about this, this should be pretty clear
Trish: Umm, I'll be the one who's slapping the blonde out of Mickie James' head here in Lexington, Kentucky
Trish: (Crowd chants "Trish") Ow, I like the sound of that (laughs)
Trish: You know they say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery
Trish: Well at Backlash, I'd like to say that Stratusfaction is the surest way of me becoming the seven-time WWE Women's Champion
Trish: (Crowd cheers) Thank you!
Trish: (Asking the crowd) Do you guys like me better as a blonde or brunette? (Crowd: blonde!) Got it, thanks!
