There are moments in WWE that just feel right – and Stephanie McMahon taking her rightful place in the WWE Hall of Fame is one of them.
"What else can be said? She IS WWE," Trish said. "I'm so happy she will be recognized, as I've seen firsthand how much passion, strength, and vision she brought to this business. I'm honored to have made memories with her, but more importantly, for the friendship we have off-screen."

McMahon was caught off guard by the honor last September at WrestlePalooza, when none other than WWE Legend The Undertaker delivered the news.
Stephanie's impact on the wrestling industry is undeniable. From a young age, McMahon has worn nearly every hat imaginable – working behind the scenes as a director, senior vice president of creative writing, executive vice president of creative development and operations, and chief brand officer. But arguably her most lasting contribution has been her role as a vocal advocate for women in WWE. Long before the "Women’s Revolution" became a buzzword, McMahon was one of its loudest champions, pushing for greater opportunities, increased visibility, and long-overdue respect for the women in the locker room.

On-screen, Stephanie McMahon became a defining figure of the Attitude Era, embracing her "Billion Dollar Princess" persona alongside her on-screen marriage to Triple H. During that time, she memorably crossed paths with Trish Stratus in a bitter rivalry fueled by jealousy, manipulation, and a fight for respect.
Their feud culminated in a match at No Way Out 2001 that had no business being as good as it was yet exceeded expectations and then some. The bout marked a turning point for Stratus, who would go on to redefine what it meant to be a top-tier female performer in WWE.

Stratus recently appeared as a guest, offering insight into their relationship that extended far beyond their on-screen clashes. That bond includes a full-circle moment in 2013, when Stephanie inducted Stratus into the WWE Hall of Fame.
McMahon will be inducted on April 17 in Las Vegas alongside AJ Styles, Demolition, Sid, Bad News Brown, and NBA champion Dennis Rodman.
