WWE.com broke the news this week that WWE Diva Layla is retiring. Her career spanned nine years, which began as winner of the 2006 Diva Search. She later went on to win the Diva and Women's Championship titles. In probably her most notorious role, Layla teamed up with Michelle McCool to form Lay-Cool.

In 2011, Trish returned to Monday Night Raw and after a run-in with Lay-Cool, she went on to face the duo at WrestleMania as part of a six-person tag match that featured Snooki on Trish's team.

Following the announcement, Trish hopped on social media to send her wishes to Layla.
