The host for the upcoming 2006 Diva Search, The Miz, posted a blog on WWE.com stating he is looking to find the next Trish Stratus in the competition:
"The casting call for the 2006 $250,000 WWE Diva Search is starting up on Thursday and I'm getting my questions ready. I've been thinking long and hard, as well as asking a bunch of my friends what they'd ask a girl in this contest. Since I want this Diva Search to find the next Trish Stratus, that's right I'm aiming for the best, the questions must be good. I'm more of an on-the-fly type of person, but I figure I might need a baseline, seeing that some of these girls will probably leave me speechless."
