Raw Hot Chocolate (Serves 1)
- 3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup coconut milk, low fat
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, raw
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup, pure
Set stove top heat to simmer. In a medium sized pot, combine all ingredients, whisk together & simmer until hot. Froth before serving.
