Combine coffee, almond milk, almond butter, vanilla, maple syrup and cacao powder into a blender. Blend until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.

Pour mixture into a pint sized mason jar.

Add chia seeds and cacao nibs and close tightly with a lid.

Shake the mixture until chia seeds are mixed throughout.

Place in fridge and let sit for a minimum of 20 minutes, shaking occasionally. Mixture should be thick & pudding like before enjoying.
