Ingredients: 1 15 oz. can of coconut milk; 2 avocados, peeled and pitted; 1 cup honey (use maple syrup for vegan); Scant 1/2 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed (5 limes); 1/4 cup water; 1/2 cup raw cocoa nibs or shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

Place all ingredients except cocoa nibs and/or shredded coconut into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour mixture into an ice cream maker, add cocoa nibs or shredded coconut and freeze according to your machine's instructions.
