Instructions

Blend the cottage cheese, half the parmesan cheese, and the milk.

In a small saucepan, add cornstarch and a small amount of the blended cottage cheese mixture and whisk until it starts to thicken. Slowly add the rest of the cottage cheese mixture to the saucepan continue to whisk.

Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until it thickens. Once thick, add the salt, pepper, and if using – Italian seasoning.

Remove from heat and stir in the remaining parmesan cheese. Add sauce to pasta of choice.
