If you are not entirely stratusfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN
- You must return item, within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
- You must include receipt or proof of purchase to fully be credited.
Any Stratusphere Shop/Stratusphere Living merchandise purchased from a merchant other than TrishStratus.com cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange. Please contact the merchant from whom you made your purchase.
We cannot accept returns on the following merchandise:
- Any item that has been personalized*
- Opened and used products, such as Stratusphere Living items or DVDs
- Any apparel item that has been used, worn or washed
- Any food item
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any customs, duties, taxes, postage and any other applicable charges, which will not be refunded.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your purchase arrived damaged, please email us with photos of the package and damaged contents for review. As collectors ourselves, we understand the importance of keeping the box in mint condition, especially with a signature. For all Funko orders, we include a plastic protector to ensure safe transit. Please note: a small bend, scuff or indentation on exterior packaging can occur at any point in the manufacturing, supply or shipping processes. Other factors, including the mail carriers' handling, cannot be deemed for replacement or refund.

Once your item is received and passes inspection, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account from which you made the purchase (or original method of payment). Please allow up to 30 days for refund to clear.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to cancel. Most autographed items are given a window before it is processed and signed by Trish Stratus, but once it has moved to the processing status, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
