America's NEW Toughest Trainer has the moves to get the job done!

Emily Castle     April 16, 2011

Trish Stratus is getting closer to her goal of 'getting the world to do yoga'. After experiencing the benefits yoga had on her both physically and mentally, Trish set out on a quest to try to spread the word of yoga. After opening up Canada's largest yoga studio, Stratusphere (www.stratusphereyoga.com), Trish not only started to build a brand, but also a following – and not just to see her super hot body, but rather how she keeps it looking hot and fabulous. In addition to the millions of fans who tuned in around the world to watch her thrilling action in the ring, fans from the fitness world have been following Trish and her fitness adventures for the last 15 years. Trish made a splash in the fitness world when she graced her first cover in 1998. When her toned physique recently popped up on the April 2011 cover of Oxygen magazine – it got fans asking what has Trish Stratus been doing to keep her body as rocking as it was almost 15 years ago, some would argue she looks even hotter now!

When most think of yoga, thoughts of light stretching at the community center or incense and chanting are conjured up. Thankfully, Trish puts all those thoughts to rest as she shows us a more fitness focused approach to yoga. An approach she has shared with professional athletes ranging from her work with Callaway Golf and the creation of Stratusphere Golf to her work with NHL team the Toronto Maple Leafs. When Trish was asked to lend her expertise as one of the trainers on USA Network's new show WWE Tough Enough where contestants compete for the chance to become the next big thing in the wild world of sports entertainment the last thing you would imagine her bringing to the show would be yoga. Viewers will get a chance to see Stratus in her element as she infuses the contestants' training with yoga to help give them the edge not only on a physical level but on mental level (Stratus says to watch for the use of 'plank' as a form punishment, especially when the orders to do plank come from drill sergeant trainer Bill DeMott).

Check out the moves that have helped keep Trish and the contestants in tip top shape and have helped turn her into America's NEW toughest trainer here.
