Omega Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1.5-2 cup Romaine lettuce
  • 4 tbsp Hemp seeds (per serving)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 ripe avocado

Optional adds:

  • Broccoli
  • Red peppers
  • Onions
  • Celery

Vinaigrette:

  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Udo's Oil Blend
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
Break washed and dried lettuce into bite-size pieces. Cut avocado in half, remove pit, peel both halves, and slice narrow pieces width-wise, add to salad. Add hemp seeds and walnuts.

Prepare vinaigrette, mixing well. Place lettuce into medium bowl. Add vinaigrette dressing and toss. Add avocado slices and gently toss to avoid mashing ripe avocado.
