RAW Farewell Fan Report
My friend Jimmy attended RAW this past Monday in New York and sent this along:
"I wanted to let you know that I was present for Trish's special goodbye last Monday night (I had beautiful seats just a couple of rows away from the ring on the floor) and the TV broadcast did not do that special moment justice. Trish came out to a raucous welcome (not to mention everytime her image was shown on the Titantron for promos etc. the crowd applauded and cheered. She received a long Thank you Trish Chant (as you noted) and a standing ovation from the audience until she made her way up the ramp, hugging and slapping the hands of every audience member on the way. This was truly an emotional moment for Trish and her goodbye was short, sweet and touching. The MSG crowd gave Trish a sendoff to be proud of and I am so glad I was a part of it. I just wanted to share this exciting first hand experience with you, as I knew you would appreciate it."
