Opening Night Fan Encounter
My friend Steve got an unexpected Stratusfying treat Thursday night when he attended a play in Toronto entitled: Opening Night starring Chris Jericho. Here's why:
"After winning tickets through the wrestling radio show Monday Night Mayhem, my friend and I decided to travel to Toronto to see the play. There was 10 minutes left before the show started, and in walked Carl Demarco (WWE Canada President) and Trish! So I'm like "no way"! I didn't want to bug anyone cause Trish was up in the balcony seating, and I figured "well maybe after the show I'll catch her on the way out for a quick picture." During intermission, I went to the bar and upon re-entering my seat I saw 3 or 4 people talking to her upstairs; she was signing & taking pictures. I decided to go upstairs for 5 minutes or so to see if she would sign my autograph book, and get a picture with her. Afterwards, I saw her again in the lobby talking to fans, and got another picture because I was unsure if the first one came out well. She was really nice as usual, talkative and very down to earth."
