Trish & Lita to reunite at WWE Hall of Fame
After taking center stage on wrestling's biggest stage last year, Trish Stratus returns to the Hall of Fame as a hall of famer AND inductor to her friend Amy Dumas aka Lita.
Dumas made it official when she phoned Trish during the 30 Years of WrestleMania podcast to ask her to do the honors in New Orleans.
TrishStratus.com reached out to both ladies for reaction.
"The timing of WrestleMania XXX and the 2014 HOF are really serendipitous," Dumas said. "So many things in my life have come full circle. I look forward to reflecting on my career and accepting this honor with my bestie by my side."
It will be a night to remember as 'Team Bestie', two women who revolutionized women's wrestling, take the stage together.
On being asked by Amy, Trish says, "I'm honored to have been asked by Amy. The ups and downs of our careers have paralleled on so many levels and our friendship has been the constant through it all. And even more special to me has been our friendship as we embarked on life outside of WWE. I'm just thrilled to be a part of her moment!"
