Trish shoots commercial only days after surgery

TrishStratus.com     August 13, 2001

Last week Trish was in New York to film a commercial for Stacker 2. The shoot took over 12 hours to film and was shot in over 100 degree temperatures, but Trish insists that everyone, talent and crew was extremely helpful and patient. "Put it this way, I was hobbling, barely able to put any pressure on my foot, but when you see the final cut, you'll never know I just had surgery only days before. It was no 'Stratus Strut' but I managed the few steps that were required with the help of my co-star Tony Sirrico. This talented actor really carried me through the shoot - literally!

The concept of the commercial fuses the popularity of Tony Sirrico's "Pauly Walnut" persona featured on the HBO hit show "The Soprano's". Couple that with the star power of WWF Superstar Trish Stratus and the humorous integration of the Stacker2 product, and this commercial will surely leave a lasting impression for the Stacker2 brand. Look for the commercial to air in September.

As far as Trish's next steps? This week she will be starting physical therapy, it will be least a few more weeks of rehab before we see that 'Stratus Strut' down the ramp, but we will keep you posted with Trish's progress.
