
Banana Ice Cream
- 2 whole ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup nuts of
your choice (almonds/cashews/pecans)
- 1-2 tbsp agave nectar or maple
syrup (alter it to preferred sweetness)
- 2 tbsp almond butter
1. Peel and slice bananas and freeze until very frozen.
2. In a food
processor combine all ingredients and blend until all ingredients are blended and one ball of ice cream is formed – serves 1.
