I hear it all the time – everyone talks about how they want to work out more and wants to try eating healthier. Well, now it's time to stop talking and start doing. I'm issuing the Stratusphere Living 30 Day Challenge to YOU. The purpose of this challenge is to get you on the right track to living a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and to start forming new habits that you can take with you once you've successfully completed this challenge.

Who doesn't like a little friendly competition? Enter now to be a part of the Stratusphere 30 Day Challenge and you can win some great prizes, and even better, bragging rights. Compete against fellow Stratuspherians, compare results, and you may even get a one-on-one session with your nuTRISHion coach. Yes, I'm talking about me! I'll be checking up on your results and if you impress me with your transformation after seeing your before/after fit tests and photos – you just may get a call from me! Believe me, I know it's hard work, but there is nothing more rewarding than feeling – and looking great! My goal is to support and inspire you to be your best, and call from me is nothing compared to what it feels like knowing that people are trying to improve their health and fitness! 		Start date must be before January 24, 2012 in order to be entered into the Stratusphere Living 30 Day Challenge contest

2. Once you register, you will receive your Stratusphere Living 30 Day Challenge kit via email.

    a) Complete your Stratusphere Fit Test (included in kit)
    b) Take BEFORE photo

3. Now pick your start date and take your BEFORE photos and do your Fit Test

4. To officially enter you must:

    a) Submit your BEFORE Stratusphere Fit Test and photo (submission form included in kit)

5. Following your 30 days, submit your AFTER Stratusphere Fit Test, photos and a summary of your Stratusphere Living 30 Day Challenge experience. Your results will be considered and may be awarded with a one-on-one call with Trish Stratus!

Results and summary must be submitted using the submission form included in your kit.
